Ordering from OtakuGiftStore is a simple and straightforward process.

Whether you want to convert your artwork into a product or give your friend a prank gift, Otaku Gift Store can help you bring your vision to life. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make an order from Otaku Gift Store:

1. On our home page at OtakuGiftStore.com, you can start by checking out the best-selling custom gifts. You can click on the shop menu on the menu bar to visit our full catalog as well.
2. Explore the product options: Once you’re in the shop, take a look at the various product categories available. Whether you’re interested in charms, keychains, standees, boob mousepads, butt mousepads, or other custom products, click on the relevant category to proceed.
3. Select your desired product: Within the chosen category, browse through the different options available. Click on the product page of the item you’re interested in customizing.
4. Customize your order: On the product page, you find customization options such as style, size, color, accessory (if applicable), and quantity. Choose the specifications that best match your requirements.
5. Upload your artwork: After purchasing the item, please upload the artwork here. Make sure to mention your Order ID and other required information. We also have a dedicated design team that will help you with making minor edits related to your order. We will also adjust and improve the images as best we can to make the product better. Make sure to follow these guidelines:

• Note: We generally do not accept artwork images showing abuse, gore, violence, or harassment.
• Any designs can be done. We will check before processing the order.
• You can share a Google Drive link / email us the designs for more than one design.
• For designs with front and back printing requirements, please rename the design as ‘Front Side Design- Product Name’ & ‘Back Side Design- Product Name’. So that we can better understand your requirements.
• You can simply upload the design to our official email as well: [email protected] (For Inquiry/Order)

Important Note:

1. Please select the correct quantity, style, and product during the order. We do not refund or replace for reasons like selecting the wrong product.
2. Please double-check the product you have selected before you order.
3. Please make sure that the delivery address and phone number are correct. (The phone number should be registered in the destination country.)
4. Once you have made your choices, add the product to your cart and check out.
5. Enter your email address and make sure it is one you frequently check. Also, you must provide your complete and accurate address, including your phone number, the city, and ZIP code.
6. Fill in the shipping and other relevant information. Double-check the accuracy of your shipping address and other required information. Any errors or incorrect details may result in delivery issues, for which the customer will be responsible.
