⚫ We offer 11 different metal film options for pin buttons. You may select 1 option per order. For example, if you choose a specific film at the time of the order, all buttons in that order will contain the same film. Please note that we cannot mix 10 film options in 1 bag.

> Production time takes 2 weeks. And Delivery time takes 1-2 weeks. (Please be Patient, good thing takes time).

⚫ Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Yes, refunds and replacements are accepted but see our policies below:
Since this is custom made product, Refunds or exchanges are accepted only when you get a
⭕ Wrong product/wrong printing
⭕ Wrong size from our end.
⭕ Damaged Item
⭕ Lost item during shipping (We will send a new item immediately in this case).
⚫ Refunds and replacements are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind since it is a made-to-order product.
⚫ However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, lost item during transit, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery.
⚫ If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo and video of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
⚫ Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
