Since this is custom made product, Refunds or exchanges are accepted only when you get a
⭕ Wrong product/wrong printing
⭕ Wrong size from our end.
⭕ Damaged Item
⭕ Lost item during shipping (We will send a new item immediately in this case).
⚫ Refunds and replacements are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind since it is a made-to-order product.
⚫ However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, lost item during transit, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery.
⚫ If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo and video of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
⚫ Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
