⭕ Damaged Item
⭕ Lost item during shipping (We will send a new item immediately in this case).
⚫ Refunds and replacements are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed your mind since it is a made-to-order product.
⚫ However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, lost item during transit, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery.
⚫ If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo and video of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
