What is the return policy for custom-made items?
Otaku Gift Store does not accept returns for any custom-made products. However, if the item received is damaged or has any other problems then we offer a refund or replacement. More on this here.

Yes, we welcome your own artwork for all the custom products that we sell presently.
What file formats do you accept for images?
We accept transparent PNG files, JPEG or vector files for making custom products.
Can I see a preview of my custom design before ordering?
We offer a preview of your order for most of the products if you request the same while ordering.
Can I make changes to my design after I submit my order?
Once the order is submitted and we start our internal process of making the custom product the artwork/image can not be changed.

Keychains are made from durable acrylic materials and mousepads are made using rubber, lycra/milk silk, and silicone material. To know what custom product is made with what materials please check the individual product pages.

Yes, our keychains/mousepads are durable under regular usage.
Do you offer any copyright-free anime images for customization?
We do not offer any images, we only accept images/artwork from the customer and use it on our products. You may refer to our copyright page for more information.
