Refund and Replacement

We at Otaku Gift Store want our customers to be happy, no matter what. Here is what you should know when ordering from OtakuGiftStore.com!

  • In case of a damaged product due to a manufacturing error or a lost item during transit, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery.
  • After initiating the refund, you should expect the refund within 5-7 working days.
  • If products are affected, please share one photo and video showing all items together for confirmation.
  • Once the package is delivered as per the tracking details, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to ensure its safety. Please be aware that if the product is unfortunately stolen from the mailbox after delivery, we are not responsible for investigating the matter. Kindly note that we are not obligated to replace the product for free or issue a refund in such cases.
  • (IF NEEDED, 99% TIME NOT REQUIRED) The importer of the product(s) may be subject to relevant customs duties and/or fees. Buyers should check the relevant laws and/or regulations of the importing country.
  •  If the delivery person cannot verify the buyer’s address or cannot reach them via the provided phone number, resulting in an unsuccessful delivery, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility to collect the package from the nearest local post office within 2 business days. Failure to do so may lead to the parcel being returned to the source, lost, or disposed of.

Do you accept refunds and replacements?

Yes, refunds and replacements are accepted, but see our policies below:

1. Refunds and replacements are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, since it is a made-to-order product.

2.  However, in case of a damaged product, a manufacturing error, or a lost item during transit, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery.

3. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo and video of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Note that if the order shipping address was incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

Will I get the Exact Same Product As per The Listing Image/Product Preview?

Note: A product display image or a design preview is a way to show you what the final product might look like. It may not look 100% the same as the physical product.

We may be unable to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENCIATION caused when printing, and making our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when compared with the artwork file.

Product Size or Artwork size on the physical product maybe 1-2 inches/1-2 cm shorter/longer or wider/smaller than the announced size chart.

When Can I Expect The Delivery?

Delivery can take time 30 business days. It Varies from Country to Country.
Sometimes due to festivals/occasions, delivery may take an extra 1 week.
