▪️ Our estimated delivery times vary by product. Some items can arrive in as little as 7 business days, while others may take up to 30 business days to deliver.

▪️ After you order, we immediately start the production. Typically, our production time is around 7-14 business days or less. If personalization is needed, then production will only start once the personalization is finalized. This may extend the production time.
▪️We deliver services and products in the US, EU, Canada, UK, and some Asian Countries. (Please note that we do not provide services or products in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Russia.)
▪️ After production, we will securely and discreetly pack your item and hand it over to the delivery partner.
▪️ We will provide you with the necessary tracking information, and you can check the delivery progress here: Track Order.
▪️ (IF NEEDED, 99% TIMES NOT REQUIRED) The importer of the product(s) may be subject to relevant customs duties and/or fees. Buyers should check the relevant laws and/or regulations of the importing country.
▪️ Since each of our products has a different production time thus once each of them is completed, we ship them to you immediately. If you buy multiple items, you will get multiple tracking IDs unless they are the same type of products ordered on the same day.
For example: If you buy 10 holo rainbow keychains in the same order, they will be packed and sent in one package/one shipment. But if you have ordered one large mousepad, one shape pillow, and 5 keychains, you will get them delivered in separate packages. You will get tracking IDs for each of them.
