Product Size or Artwork size on the physical product may be 1-2 inches/1-2 cm shorter/longer or wider/smaller than the announced size chart.

4.9 Production Time:
- Our production time is around 1-2 weeks, excluding the communication time and personalization material receiving time from the buyer.
4.10 Safety Notice:
- Products contain small parts, choking hazards.
- Not for children under 3 years.
- Store products out of reach.
- We’re not responsible for post-purchase use.
- You are responsible for the safety of your product once it reaches your home.
5. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

7. DELIVERY AND SUPPLY TERMS
7.1 Delivery Costs: While we offer standard delivery for most locations. But for some uncommon locations, delivery costs are displayed on our website during the ordering process. Please note: the importer of the product(s) may be subject to relevant customs duties and/or fees. Buyers should check the relevant laws and/or regulations of the importing country.
7.2 International Orders: Buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes determined by the destination country’s government for international deliveries. Failure to pay these fees may result in abandoned or refused shipments, ineligible for refunds.
7.3 Product Delivery Schedule: We will inform you of the expected delivery timeframe during the ordering process. Goods will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible, with a commitment to fulfillment within 30-40 business days of order acceptance. Our factory is closed on Sunday.
